A few weeks ago Sigrun asked me to be a guest on her podcast to share my journey as a member of SOMBA which is her Online MBA for entrepreneurs.
I was very honoured and excited to be asked to join her on her highly successful show – and I’m thrilled to be able to share with you the results of our chat.
I share my thoughts on the importance of clarifying your mission and niche so that it sets the scene for what comes next. I tell her of my struggles getting my thoughts in order when I was bombarded with the volume of online noise we’re subjected to – and I also talk about my struggles with “shiny object syndrome” and how slowing down has allowed me to grow my business.
