Right - let me be clear - you do not NEED a "coaching certification" to get out there and DO YOUR THING! 

There's a massive industry out there with verrrrrry clever marketing which is convincing an army of female entrepreneurs that they NEEEEEEED the certificate before they can get out there and sell.

But what happens is that these women 'graduate' the coaching scheme with their shiny new certificates - are told all they need to do is 'sell their expertise to friends & family' and tra-la-la you've got a business.

Except...

Hang on a fucking minute!

It doesn't work like that.

Ever.

Businesses aren't built off the back of a certificate - unless that certificate has M.D. written on it!

The certificate doesn't teach you how to market yourself (or your business).

It doesn't teach you how to drill down on what EXACTLY it is you're going to be helping with - and none of this wishy-washy "I help everyone as a life coach" which is utter nonsense... most are looking for guidance - not self-help! 

But aside the whole "what are you an expert IN?" problem we have, there's the whole selling to your friends & family shit.

OK... if your friends thought you were fucking awesome and THE person to go to with X problem... they'd have bent your ear before - or, they'd be bending your ear now - and it would not OCCUR to them to actually pay you.

So... they're not gonna pay you - unless it's a pity-payment.

To actually MAKE money, you're going to need to build your audience - and that's just one thing which isn't taught.

You're going to need to bring new people in to your world to be able to show them your expertise - AND that you have the answers... and that loops us nicely back to "So what exactly is it the fuck you do?" . 

The certificate didn't teach you how to build a website, how to create a newsletter, how to write a sales page, how to collect testimonials, build systems and automations and all the other zillion things which online entrepreneurs need to do if they want to actually make a living from this - because baby girl, your certificate isn't cutting it and EXACTLY FUCKING NOBODY IS GOING TO HIRE YOU JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE A CERTIFICATE!

So deep breath. Your certificate was great in that you got to practice your trade and you got to meet a bunch of supportive women who are kind, generous and ambitious - but now you need to ask yourself whether you TRUST and BELIEVE in YOU (!) enough to actually build an online business... or whether you're going to blame it on 'uncertified people' in the marketplace or 'too much competition'.
